Kanishka began his career in financial services after completing his degree in Business and Commerce (Economics and Management) at Monash University.

Next, Kanishka joined Planlogic, holding various roles in analysis, leadership, and operations. Working closely with financial advisers, he supported investment strategy development and ensured recommendations were aligned with client objectives and industry regulations. Kanishka also set up the company’s operations in India, where he lived for three months, and oversaw the launch of an SaaS product to market.

Kanishka’s expertise sits at the intersection of financial services, operations management, and technology. He has experience conducting in-depth financial analysis, improving workflows, implementing CRM and SaaS integrations, and building scalable systems to enhance client service delivery. He’s also played a key role in product rollouts, roadmap planning, and translating business requirements into technical execution.

Kanishka specialises in working with financial advisory practices and wealth management firms, particularly those looking to improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance processes, and enhance the quality of advice delivery. His background allows him to understand both the technical financial aspects of advice and the operational structure required to support advisers effectively.

Progressing from an analyst role into leading client service teams at Planlogic, where I was trusted to manage key advisory relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple practices.
